Collaboration with Galaxy

Kostas Karasavvas of NBIC is developing eGalaxy that allows the inclusion of Taverna workflows as tools within a Galaxy installation and the downloading of Taverna workflows from myExperiment as tool descriptions.

Future work will include the calling of Galaxy workflows and tools from within Taverna.
