Protege
The Protege 4 editor was developed by the CO-ODE Project at the University of Manchester in collaboration with Stanford University.
Protege has been used by the myGrid consortium to develop OWL ontologies such as the myGrid Ontology.
myGrid is now called the eScience Lab.
