BioCatalogue

The BioCatalogue is the main deliverable of the Web Services for Life Sciences project. It is a centralised registry of curated Life Science Web Services.

The BioCatalogue was released in June 2009. The BioCatalogue includes all the content of the EMBRACE registry together with many services from BioMoby, as well as submitted REST and SOAP services.

The BioCatalogue provides an easy way for scientists to discover Web Services of interest, annotated with comprehensive descriptions to allow a better understanding and use of these resources.

The BioCatalogue is registered with Minimal Information Requested In the Annotation of biochemical Models (MIRIAM).
