Adoption by CARMEN
The Code Analysis Repository and Modelling for e-Neuroscience (CARMEN) project is a Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (UK) pilot project running for four years from October 2006. It brings the benefits of e-Science to neuroscientists exploring the information encoded in signals recorded from neuronal cells.
Taverna forms a central component of the application and portal architecture being developed within CARMEN to support neuroscience applications.
The CARMEN consortium includes 28 academic, commercial and research institutions.
