OMII-UK have funded the development by the Universities of Southampton and Manchester of a Workflow Monitor. This is a REST service that can be used to register and monitor workflows and the services within them. The workflows are periodically checked to determine whether they can run. Feeds are also available so that users or clients of the Workflow Monitor can be notified of changes in the status of their workflows.

The Workflow Monitor is currently under acceptance testing. It is intended that it is integrated with myExperiment.
