These workflows mostly directly call the operations provided by the MIR web service. They can therefore be considered as utility workflows, as they are not working with domain (bioinformatics) web services but with other myGrid services.

These models have static links to the MIR with WSDL http://vindaloo.ncl.ac.uk/axis/services/Mir?wsdl

For each test there is a WSFL source file and a input template (.inputxml) file.

At the moment there is a problem with mirstoredomainentity.wsfl. This is not with the WSFL but with the input file. Cutting and pasting the result of a previous workflow, gives an input file which is rejected as the domainEntity element is not a valid org.w3c.dom.Element.
