Overview

MiasGrid is a set of tools and applications designed to support the running of medical imaging and signalling experiments over the grid using the Taverna workbench

Overall Goals

MiasGrid aims to create an environment within the MIAS-IRC trust network for people to share experiments, protocols and data whilst retaining data access controls to comply with legal ethical and clinical governance regulations relating to medical image data.

Required services

Mainly bespoke medical imaging services The ability to wrap Matlab scripts would be useful
