Overview
Provide microarray gene analysis tools available in Expression Profiler in Taverna. The current Expression profiler work as web pages with form POST, and return text/plain or text/xml.Overall Goals
Perform microarray analysis using Taverna workflows.Assessment
This has no impact on our codebase itself. EBI are doing this work.Affected Components
Key Tasks
- Work with the EBI-guys, maybe they'll even do this themselves
- Generate WSDL descriptions of EBI services
- Wrap the EBI services as web services, either by calling the underlying methods or by POSTing.
