Awaiting further details Adding additional services in Taverna, the ArrayExpress microarray analysis programme. This will provide statistical analysis tools for gene expression analysis studies.Overall Goals
Enable biologists to perform analysis over the ArrayExpress database. ___++ Assessment This is effectively a requirement to create the service itself. I don't feel we should create services as part of the myGrid project itself, if we look at this purely.Affected Components
