UseCase: UserExitsLabBook

UseCaseDescription:

A user has finished their LabBook session and wishes to close down the application or switch users.

FlowOfEvents:

User wishes to exit the LabBook and selects exit from the menu or clicks the close icon on the main application window.

If a workflow is currently running the user is prompted with a reminder that the workflow is running and is given an option to be notified by email when the workflow is complete.

A check is made for any unsaved information in text editing windows etc. (e.g. a manual annotation etc. )

Changes to user settings are recorded, and any pending updates to the MyGridInformationRepository are completed.

EndResult:

The application exits
