Building the Provenance Plugin for Distribution

1. Run ant jar in EnactorInvocationBrowser package
2. Run ant zip-plugin-with-browser in rdf-provenance package
3. Upload the rdf-provenance/build/dist/provenance-1.0_02-bin.zip to TavernaProvenancePlugin. (This will look like failed if the file already exists but it actually works!)

Note that the pom file in taverna needs to point to the correct url for the plugin. At the moment it is set to:
