Missing Documentation Sections.

Documentation fits into one of three categories:

• User Guide - for Taverna users community
• Developers Guide - for the Taverna hackers community
• Best Practice - "nothing really to do with us" but the developer questions we get asked about anyway

The missing/work to be modified is listed below under these three categories. In all cases we can point at existing resources, it doesn't have to be written from scratch e.g. existing good docs on the web properly referenced could be used.

How to invoke/configure a Beanshell service - this exists but is too techy - needs updating

How to invoke/configure a local java service - Duncan has something on this as a starting point.

How to invoke/conifgure an R Processor

How to update your Taverna installation (i.e. Raven updates)

How to use/configure Zaria

How to use OGSA-DAI with Taverna

How to use GridSAM^? with Taverna

How to use "other" OMII-UK software with Taverna

Change to the section on using services discovered outside of Taverna - provide a worked example using woogle.
