IF-5 is to be a design workshop, rather than a test/debug codeathon. Its aim is to set technical directions for the next phase(s) of the project. The planned sessions are intended to touch on the activities of more than one group, so as to draw out requirements and expectations. The following table identifies a session leader for each session, who will set the context for the session (with 2-3 Powerpoint slides) and direct its progress. He or she will also choose a rapporteur to capture the essentials for sharing with the rest of the team.

Planning Outcomes

The final IF-5 agenda item, 'Wrapping up', was a planning session. The content of this session was captured on a number of flipcharts which we will turn into a plan leading to IF-6 (target date: early/mid January 2004) The flipcharts, in order of capture and with the main 'actors', were:
