EndResult:

The data which the user wants to analyse in myGrid has been stored in the MIR. This data has been associated with a particular project or experiment work context. Basic provenance metadata, e.g date imported, operation used, name, description, semantic type have been recorded about this uploaded data and stored in the MIR. Also some annotation written by the user describing where the data came from, how it was produced (wet lab experiment, journal reference) and the quality of the data may also have been recorded.
