Can I use Logbook/Provenance without involving MyGrid?

The Taverna LogBook plugin stores the metadata and data it collects into two corresponding mySQL databases, which are not in any way related to myGrid.

You need access to your own mySQL server installation, which your system administrator might be able to provide for you.

You can get programmatic access to the logbook using the LogBook web service.
