  this is the EMBOSS tutorial workflow, but using the enactment engine to invoke the web services. Talisman's internal enactment engine is used to manage the process of converting Talisman field values into the appropriate XML representation, submitting this along with user specification and workflow WSFL documents to the enactor, blocking on results being available (polls the enactor every two seconds, loops until it has something back), and unbatching the resultant XML output document back into Talisman field values.
