UseCase: BrowseDomainEntitiesInMIR

UseCaseDescription:

A user wishes to examine the Domain Entities in their MyGridInformationRepository (MIR) using the LabBook client interface. These Domain Entities are the bio data, e.g. proteins, genes.

The user may want their Domain Entities to be sorted in different ways when browsing through them, for example, by:

• Project
• Experiment
• Name
• Date
• Annotation
• Semantic type (concept type)
