AffyMapper service

A service that maps from Affymetrix probe set Ids to EMBL accession numbers is required for the Grave's disease (GD) scenario. An implementation of such a service can be found at:

http://mygrid.ncl.ac.uk/axis/services/affymapper

This service also provides mappings from Affymetrix probe set Ids to OMIM Ids, Unigene Ids, LocusLink^? Ids, EC numbers, Gene Ontology Ids and InterPro^? Ids.
