Meeting schedule.
A 4 month cycle of ?get together? meetings must be organised. These will be more incremental than the Integration Fest and a deliverable will be required.

Neil and Rob (Sheffield) will both be away but will produce a document to be presented in their absence.
2.2 ACTION CAG. Ask Birkbeck (Alex) if they have a room available for the meeting on 9th May.
After the meeting on 9th May all roadmaps should be fitting together.
16th May 2002 ? Revision. Check that all plans are in place.
3. Collaboration agreement.
3.1 ACTION NS. To rephrase clause 8.1 and make it into a proper sentence.
General consensus agreed that collaboration agreement must be signed sooner rather than later. The clause 8.1 should be kept vague.
