It's a combination of sheer volume and horrid text flat files. Great for computers crap for humans! I need lots of pretty pictures (or one big single picture!) which intergrates the data together and shows all the predictions in a single place - at the moment there is just a massive bunch of text/html/tables delivered into your lap in one go with no relationships to each other - urgh! Nearly finished the other workflows so will send you some more info then - any kind of visualisation would be a great help as I think I'm going ot pulled off the myGrid stuff in autumn to do comparative genomic analysis - I could do this in workflows etc but not sure what I'm going to be up to at then so it's not expected that I'll get to the point of solving the results problem which is a shame. Anyhoo... that's for later.
