The Interaction Service Server is a web application that hosts the web services to support Interaction Services. An example Interaction Service Server may be downloaded from the Taverna Utilities section of the Taverna download page.
The zip file containing the Interaction Service Server should be downloaded and un-zipped. It is necessary to edit the web.xml file within the WEB-INF subdirectory. Details of what and how to change are given in the readme.html file. Once web.xml has been configured then the Interaction Service Server can be deployed within a web environment, for example Apache Tomcat.
