Abstract processors
Configuration of RShell activities
Dependency specification for Beanshell activities
Configuration of BioMoby activities
Jdbc local workers
Workflow scavenging (adding a workflow to the activity palette)
Scavenging of activities from the web
Scavenging of activities from a workflow
Alternate processors
Failover, retry etc. specification
Metadata specification, such as description and author, for workflows
Viewing of intermediate results
The while/loop pattern and conditional processing
execute workflow shell script
Equivalent functionality to the Feta plugin

Taverna plugins

None of the current Taverna plugins have yet been updated to work with Taverna 2 beta 1.

Exceptions

Since Taverna 2 beta 1 is a beta, it can incorrectly generate some exceptions.
