Using a library with Beanshell/APIConsumer
Since version 1.5.1.5, a library can be added to the classpath of the beanshell processor or APIConsumer by putting the JAR files in the folder lib within your Taverna home directory, usually ~/.taverna-x.y.z in Linux, C:\Documents and settings\MyUsername\Application data\Taverna-x.y.z in Windows and ~/Library/Application Support/Taverna-x.y.z in Mac OS X where “x.y.z” is replaced by the Taverna version such as “1.7.0″.
Then right click on the processor in the workflow, Configure, go to Dependencies, and tick off which libraries to include in the classpath.
