Quality Assurance of Semantic Annotations for Services (QuASAR) provides mechanisms for the verification, inference and validation of annotations. Its capabilities will feed into the BioCatalogue project .

Suzanne Embury is a lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Manchester. Within QuASAR and ISPIDER, her previous work on database semantics has been adapted to tools to infer annotations from workflows.
