Current situation
There are too many meetings and this leaves less time for work. New projects are coming on line (wf4ever/scape/openphacts) which will bring their own meeting overhead thus we have to radically reduce/reuse the meeting slots we have.
Suggestions, questions and observations
Keep the 10am myGrid slot on Tuesday mornings but run the myGrid meeting every fortnight and on the alternative weeks run a Taverna meeting. Or better still move it to Monday (am - Alex)
Merge the 11am Monday Taverna and 1pm Monday next gen and run this on the Tuesday 10am slot.
ObE, Sysmo, e-Lico stay as they are
BioCatalogue (when do they come to an end)
myExperiment (we no longer take part in these I take it)
SSI (currently 3 meeting a week for Shoaib !!)
