'Top level' scavenger nodes such as the ones that say 'WSDL @ ...'
should acquire a 'reload' context menu item, this will remove all
children and refresh from the resource itself. This is particularly
important with the ability to load predefined sets of services in (1) as
it's quite possible a service may change, expose different components etc.
