The -Xmx argument to the JVM is set at 300 and can cause out of memory issues with certain workflows (eg. inAct from the ebi). The default should be increased to at least 500 and maybe more (since most machines have 1GB or more of RAM)

I think you need to check if this will still be an issue in Taverna 2.
