[#TAV-710] T2 input dialogue doesn't open after an error - myGrid

Description

It seems that if a workflow with inputs fails to finish due to an error, after the reset button is clicked (to re-enable the run button) the run button fails to open the input dialogue and taverna needs to be restarted.

There is no longer a reset button and each run instance can only be run once so this is no longer relevant.
