Default "Metadata" tab for input/output ports confusing

Hide

When clicking on "Metadata" for a workflow input/output, users get the (normally empty) and consusing "Pick from ontology" picture.

This should be the last tab in the screen, as it's quite advanced. In fact, I'm not sure if it even works these days..

The default tab should be "Description", and then "MIME type".

Looks like a simple change that should be considered for 1.7.1 release

Removed the ontology option
Changed the cross to clear mime types
