Description
As George was starting Taverna today at a workshop, it was hanging, and then came up with half a workbench, basically because the mysql connection was hanging, then the stacktrace all the way down to Bootstrap seems to have failed. Investigate further.
Should consider for 1.7.1 but long term will be replaced.
