[#TAV-352] Max local workers set to 10 for wsdl processor - myGrid

Description

Which is too low, needs raising to 100. Would also be a good idea to check other processors as well.

Increased to 100 for WSDL Processor, and also Java Processor and Beanshell which were also set very low.

Unsure of safe setting for the following so left as they are:
SoapLab is currently still set to 10,
Biomart is set to the default of 1
Biomoby set to 10
