Description
Raised by Paul:
Its a bit un-intuitive that when you start-up you have a blank workflow, yet as soon as you open one the blank one remains and you get a new one.
Paul suggests that Taverna should start with NO workflow, and offer the option create a New blank workflow or Open an existing workflow.
Personally I think its fine that it starts with a blank workflow - but if you open a new one this should overwrite the blank one if its not been edited.
But thats just 2 opinions, needs some debate between us. (Maybe wait for further feedback after the release).
I think we should start with a blank one, and just close it if some other workflow is opened without touching the blank one. The existing code already does the opposite, if you close the last workflow, a new blank one will appear.
(Because otherwise we need to specify some weird "Blank" perspective)
