Description
When changing workflow title focus can be lost with bad consequences:
eg the workflow diagram is selected instead and some key may trigger save diagram or similar.

TAV-260- avoid focus-loss as title is entered. Focus lost can still occur when leaving a field, because now we fire the (Minor)ScuflEvent as we loose focus from one of our text fields. This means tabbing still don't work properly, but at least you can type in the full title without loosing it as you type.Suggest opening a new minor-bug for the focus loss on tab changing.
