[#TAV-222] Have the Enactor Invocation window appear in a tab when running a workflow - myGrid

Also need to take into account switching between workflows whilst a workflow is running, or even running 2 workflow simultaneously.

Done.
Although a future enhancement may be to place the close icon within the actual tab.
