RendererSPI: Can't see result values

Description

After running a workflow, in the "Result " tab, it is not possible to view any of the results. The list is shown on the left, but when clicking on any value, nothing is shown to the right.

It seems that none of the RendererSPI instances have been registered.

Some SPI listings had the wrong filename in METAINF/resources/org.embl.blah.blah.SpiClassName.

Updated this for all SPIs, including RendererSPI. We have to be careful about this when renaming SPI classnames.

Also brings up "Save as Excel" buttons - which seems to work.
