Description

While collecting provenance I noticed that sometimes the workflowInstance in a CollectionConstructionEvent has no id. See one of the comments in TAV-59.

Actually, at least in the latest taverna, workflowInstance is null.

FIXED!!

Now looks up the workflow instance each time it is needed based upon the current Flow and the ScuflModel that the Processor Port belongs to.

Checked that it passes uk.ac.man.cs.img.mygrid.provenance.knowledge.taverna.ng4j.CollectionCreatedTest.
