Description
When a dataset configuration references another dataset that doesn't exist the query editor doesn't display an error but hangs indefinitely on "Fetching dataset configuration."
Changed behavior of query editor so that if a reference can't be resolved then the referencing attribute or filter is not displayed.
Fixed query editor to display an error message, instead of leaving the progress bar running ,when an exception is encountered.
