Description
Involves introducing a new asset - Publications. Publications are registered using the PubMedID and can be associated with a particular project. Authors should be automatically identified, with the ability for the registrar to override the associated author (in case of a mis association or ambiguity).
All publications are visible, but there should be some access control over who can manage the publication.
