It relies on the contributor to determine who's white/black list to use. However, if it is uploaded by JERM then this is nil.

Need to either use the creator(s) (needs some thought) or disable black/white lists for JERM uploaded items.

For now, added a FIXME: comment to authorization.rb in lib/ and to skip white/blacklist checking if contributor is nil.

Needs some functional tests for the final solution.
