Description

Will need an icon for Model,DataFile,SOP, and also Assay, Investigation & Study.
Will require some extra icons.

For files can use file type (PDF, DOC,XLS etc) to display in favourites window.

Also make URLs draggable.

Favouriting extended to every kind of resource, with each having its own draggable icon or avatar in the resource_list_item.
