Only really required because of Lactic Acid having "sub" organisms.
Maybe just removing Lactic Acid - but will wait and see what organisms the new projects are involved with.

Also, need more support for linking Organisms to NCBI (model already has attributes to support this).

Now uses the NCBI taxonomy with the link to the ontology within Bioportal
