[#SYSMO-172] Upload / New gadget button doesn't work from new Model page - myGrid

Doesn't affect live SEEK so is a recently introduced problem - may be related to the recently added javascript for manipulating model types & format.

was a div id clash for model_type, change new gadget select to new_asset_type.
