Paul is an experienced bioinformatician having used Taverna for his work on, for example, Trypanosomiasis. He shares all his workflows on myExperiment.
Paul is working on the ONDEX project, exploring and writing workflows that can gather data from various services, populate an ONDEX graph, and do interesting stuff with this graph afterwards finding new connections.
