David Withers
While David Withers was a developer at the University of Manchester he worked on the ONDEX project, where he has built a Taverna-friendly web service front-end of ONDEX. David previously built the prototype backend for myExperiment
David also worked on the Shared Genomics project where he built a RESTful web service for running Taverna workflows, this is based on the Taverna Platform. David was involved with improving the data reference service in Taverna 2 to handle large data, in addition to completing the work for the Taverna platform.
David is now working with the BioMoby consortium.
