BMC Informatics paper on format to reproduce a modelling project

The paper by Bergmann et al. describes the COMBINE archive and OMEX format for "the exchange of all the information necessary for a modeling and simulation experiment in biology".

The format is related to that for Research Objects  http://www.researchobject.org/ and there is a conversion tool between them.
